What data does Dinkigames collect from its apps and games?

For all the purposes listed above the data that Dinkigames collect is limited to:

• Your Mobile Advertising ID (Apple IDFA or Google AAID - which are technical identifiers developed by mobile operating systems for advertising purposes which remain under your control and can be reset or erased at any time in through your device settings)
• Technical information about the device you use and your connection (user agent, type of connection, timestamp)
• Data pertaining to your activities on our applications and notably the way in which you interact with our applications (for instance, how and when you use our applications) and with the advertising served in our applications (for instance, number of ads served, potential clicks)

With whom may your data be shared & why?

Dinkigames does not share your personal data with third parties without your prior consent.

Dinkigames never knowingly or willingly collected any personal data concerning children under 13 years of age

Account Deletion

We offer the following options for account deletion:

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data by following these steps:

• In-App Request: Navigate to the account settings section within the app, select the “Advance” tab , select the "Delete Account" option, and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Email Request: Send an email to support support@dinkigames.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include your user ID (which can be found in the profile section within the app) and any relevant account information to help us process your request promptly.

Upon receiving an account deletion request, we will:

• Verification: Verify the identity of the requester to ensure the security of the account.
• Data Deletion: Delete the user’s account and associated data from our servers within 30 days of the verification process. This includes personal information, user-generated content, and any data stored within the app.

After an account is deleted:

• Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All user data will be permanently removed from our servers.
